Neal M. Bychek serves as our President and CEO. Dr. Artin Minaeian, MD serves as our Medical and Laboratory Director.

We provide affordable, convenient, accurate, painless, and non-invasive screening services throughout California and neighboring western states. We use the very latest medical technology, professional ultrasound sonographers and trained medical professionals to conduct all screenings.

Pacific Health and Wellness screens for health conditions and diseases in asymptomatic people, allowing individuals to take an active role in the management of their own health care and disease prevention.

Our mission is to help save lives by raising awareness of previously undetected health problems through the use of non-invasive ultrasound technology and encourage individuals to seek follow-up care with their health care practitioners thereby potentially averting serious illness and disease. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality and most affordable preventive screenings in the asymptomatic individual.

Pacific Health and Wellness is also committed to helping educate individuals and the community about options available to them outside of traditional medicine. We encourage and promote healthy living, and support the professionals and businesses that make this possible.

Dr. Leibowitz graduated with honors from Hofstra University in New York and went on to pursue his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.   Following completion of his clinical training in Houston Texas, he moved to Southern California where he has been a practicing physician in Internal Medicine for his entire professional career.

Dr. Leibowitz has spent the last several decades providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients in the greater Los Angeles area, with an emphasis on personalized care with a patient-centered approach. In addition to his practice, Dr. Leibowitz has been working in the field of clinical research, developing novel medicines to address a variety of diseases.  This has included his involvement and expertise in the development of next generation vaccines, including COVID vaccines, some of which were part of the US government’s “Operation Warp Speed.”   

Since 2019 Dr. Leibowitz has placed even more emphasis on early detection of disease with health screenings, preventative disease measures, and lifestyle modification, all in an effort to improve and sustain health while also enhancing longevity.  His mission is to continue efforts to expand access to screening services, preventative medicine, and education relating to the importance of health maintenance.

Dr. Leibowitz joins Pacific Health and Wellness as Medical Director and strives to reach new goals through preventative medicine and screenings.
